AVIA
Extending Video Conferencing

VBrick technology both enhanced and extended the application of AVIA’s Tandberg video conferencing capability.  The integration of VBrick’s encoder enabled participants from multiple remote locations to view live or recorded video in high definition. “With VBrick, I can immediately record, playback, and present any video on the web.  I used to have to design my own website to do that…. It’s an amazing thing.

OKLAHOMA STATE UNIVERSITY
Enable Live and On-Demand Delivery of Class Content

“One of the things I find exciting about VBrick is that we’re no longer time bound. Students can access classes at anytime, from anywhere. The fact that it’s on-demand makes the learning environment more flexible than ever before. I believe the time will come when students choose their classes, less by the time they're taught, and more by their teaching and learning environment. I want to change the paradigm of how higher education delivers instruction and I believe this is the technology to do it.”

"The technology can grow or shrink based on your needs. Once you've established the main portal and on-demand servers, you can scale the system by adding more 'Bricks. You don't need to recreate a portal, or add new formatting or build infrastructure. It's a very simple step to grow."
